Project Management is the key element to our service, as this brings everything together and is the all-important, but time-consuming element that is essential to EVERY project, no matter what type or size. This covers all aspects of Cost Control; Site Management; Client communications; variations and amendments; dealing with sub-contractors; making sure every project adheres to all current Health & Safety guidelines; Building Regulation and Disabled the Discrimination Act. Our Project Manager would also be the one contact point for all operational aspects of the project and be totally responsible for Quality Control and bringing it to a successful conclusion and detailed certification.We will produce a detailed Project Programme to assist with time management during your project, which will be issued to you the client; the Site Manager and all consultants, distributors and sub-contractors involved on the project. This enables us to make clear and quick decisions regarding any issues throughout the duration of the project. Our Project Management techniques take a simple common sense approach to ensuring the success of your project. DATA CABLING & TELECOMS We find practical and cost efficient solutions for our clients on a daily basis for both their Telecoms and Data Cabling requirements. Grosvenor Workspace Solutions specify telecom solutions that fit your business needs, combining voice and data resources to speed information across locations, dramatically lower phone/ fax costs and overcome bandwidth limitations and costs. We also install both Cat 5e and/or Cat 6 Structured Cabling infrastructures. This type of cabling enables you to make more structured connectivity with both your telephone and computer system. It also makes moves and changes within the building a simple matter. Our fully trained installers provide a complete design and installation service that delivers reliability and performance, all complying with the TIA/EIA commercial building standards. This allows us access to a wide range of Voice and Data products that serve the whole spectrum of customer needs from the smallest to the largest of clients. The testing includes the following; cross-talk, cable length, impedance, attenuation, loop resistance, capacitance,impulse noise, point-to-point noise. Our Partners are accredited installers for the major cabling suppliers, and as such are able to offer a fully warranted solution for up to 25 years.

INDUSTRIAL & LABORATORIES We have carried out scores of Industrial Unit refurbishments over the years including specific works such as Mezzanine Floors; Roofing; Cladding; Automatic Up-And-over doors; Blow-Air Heating Systems; Flooring; Racking; Industrial Quality Flooring; Storage Systems; Installation of Offices.We will carry out detailed AutoCAD survey; prepare detailed drawings; obtain all necessary Building Regulations and/or Planning Permissions in order to achieve your specific goals, i.e. Total Project Management.

All our Laboratory Furniture is carefully designed with both functionally and pleasing appearance in mind. The materials and components we use are of the best available quality. A wide spectrum of system types and finishes are available from general purpose installations to highly specialised requirements. Considerable attention has been paid to function and “Fit for Purpose�, with research conducted into laboratory ergonomics, chemical resistance of materials and durability, all of which ensures reliability and a quality product. Materials are available to suit your specific requirements, including Trespa; laminate faced MDF, solid grade laminate, epoxy resin, stainless steel and solid hardwood.
