Tomorrow

Tomorrow, will be better I will paste a smile on my face Although my heart feels hollow Tomorrow will be great Tomorrow, I’m here waiting for you

Tomorrow becomes Today As I knew it would

Why did you deny me? Why did you point and laugh? Why didn’t you send happiness? And relieve this after-math

It’s not the way I had planned It’s less than the way it could It is the same as Yesterday and as the day before Tomorrow will be the same Although I want something more It is what I’ve grown to accept Things don’t change overnight

I wanted Tomorrow to be different Something I’ve never seen before But instead it never came Today needs to be over Today needs to end Today needs to fade So I can live again

I hope for it with all my might Tomorrow will never come No, it never does I grieve the death of Yesterday With the sound of ‘Mourning’ Doves

Tomorrow I will try once more Even if it’s hard to swallow
