TECHNOLOGY SERVICES THROUGH TIPSS-4 Systems Operation & Maintenance VIP provides operations and maintenance support for federal government agencies that need to stabilize or reduce IT costs, improve customer service or ensure regulatory compliance. We offer a full range of system operations and maintenance services supporting large-scale, mission-critical applications and databases including Oracle, MS SQL, Siebel and SAP.
