• Highlights from the 2010-11 Academic Year This was an exciting year for CHA. While we explored the past with our theme of Ancient Civilizations, School Leadership focused on the School's strong future, drafting a Five-Year Strategic Plan and committing to a new campus on CHA-owned land. CHA additionally continued to strengthen its core elements: a strong academic curriculum; core values and community service; providing a broad range of activities and growth opportunities; and a highly involved parent community.

Highlights include: • Announcement of CHArting the Future, CHA's initiative to build a new campus on School-owned land • Greatest percentage participation in the Annual Fund • Receipt of the largest single gift in CHA history • Winner — Daily News Readers' Choice Award for “Best Private School” — 3rd year running • Winner — 2 Unforgettable Educator Awards — 2nd year in a row • SMART Boards in all Middle School classrooms • First Mock Trial Team competition • Archaeology Elective, partnership with Pierce College, and on-site dig

• Mission Statement Emphasizing character development and critical thinking, Chatsworth Hills Academy's mission is to provide opportunities for our students to fulfill their individual potential in a supportive, natural environment.
