Cheese Ball 1 lb. cheddar cheese (grated) 1 large package cream cheese 1/2 medium onion, (chopped finely) 1 small jar stuffed olives (chopped) 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 cup pecans (chopped) 1 tbs. parsley Dash cayenne pepper Mix cheeses thoroughly. Add onion, olives, Worcestershire sauce, pecans, and pepper. Mix until smooth, then add parsley. Let stand about 15 minutes. Shape into a ball and roll in a mixtures of equal parts of paprika and chili powder. Wrap in foil and keep refrigerated. Serves about 25. -Mrs. Robert Hopkins, Jr
