ACADEMIC WORK SAMPLES LUXURIOUS BUNGALOW Open plan, maximum visibility, and circulation are some of criteria considered while designing. Spaces flows in a way that they are integrated still retaining their identity in space planning. Openable glass panels are used to maximize effects of wind, light, and scenic views of the sea.

ACADEMIC WORK SAMPLES ON THE FRINGE‌ The proposal is to elevate the site to match to the existing level of downtown Cincinnati and Mount Adams. The floors below the elevated ground level will be occupied by multi-leveled parking and light industries, which will be located at the periphery. The ground will be used for public realm with retail and other land uses that will help to activate the streets. Various building typologies incorporating commercial, residential, and public use will make this area a high density mixed-use district.
