Normal Opiate Dosage
DETOX PLANNING STAGE: Refer to "How To Detox From Opiates" in George's blog, or it can be found in our Withdrawal Survival Guide.
TAPER PERIOD: A typical tapering schedule will take 4 to 6 weeks depending on your dose and other factors. To plan the optimal tapering schedule for your needs, make sure to read “The Art of Tapering” in the Survival Guide.
DETOX BEGINS - DISCONTINUE OPIATES: Acute Opiate Detox usually lasts 5-7 Days. Some drugs like Methadone and Suboxone can have acute detox periods lasting up to 3 weeks.
ONE WEEK PRIOR TO DETOX: Begin taking Withdrawal-Ease Day and Night Formulations as directed.
RECOVERY: Some people may experience Post Acute Withdrawal Syndrome (PAWS), which can consist of depression, insomnia and other less acute withdrawal symptoms. These symptoms will slowly but surely dissipate for most people. Recovery Ease is specifically formulated for PAWS and long-term recovery. For more info, visit www.withdrawal-ease.com/recovery-ease.
