I also substituted fruits and yogurt for sweet desserts and ice cream as well as herbal tea for soft drinks. 3. Exercising Regularly


For men, I recommend gym workouts, jogging and swimming. For women I recommend aerobics, yoga, jogging and swimming. But if you find those to be a chore or time-consuming due to your busy work schedule, consider buying an exercise machine such as a bicycle or portable sit-up. Put in your bedroom right besides your bed so that when you wake up every morning, you will know what is the thing you should do to stay fit and healthy. However if you do not have the discipline to exercise or need someone to guide you every step of the way, consider signing up for your local fitness centres like California Fitness and Fitness Studio.
