pound shortening (half butter, half oleo)

teaspoon baking powder

teaspoon vanilla jigger of whiskey
DIRECTIONS
cup sesame seeds
1 | Cream shortening and sugar, add beaten eggs, milk, vanilla, and whiskey.
2 | Gradually work in flour and baking powder. 3 | Mix thoroughly and let stand about an hour. 4 | Roll small amounts in seeds and cut. 5 | Bake at 375 Âş F for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
