6/10/2014 Dear Rebecca, I’ve prepared a proposal for Sprint Coast to Coast to become the Presenting TOP Sponsor for Charlotte’s largest marketing, exhibition and advertising campaign.

The concept is simple and unlike any other initiative in Charlotte: Charlotte Prowler Magazine ESPN Charlotte Go! See! Do! Events... are everywhere. EVERYWHERE. We have just added DiSH Network, ADT Security, Harrah’s Casino and Hendrick Lexus to our exhibit partners—and we have more to announce in coming days. We will exhibit at over 80 festivals, trade shows, sporting events and gatherings this year including Charlotte’s largest and most-anticipated events. In addition, our sales and marketing staff meets with hundreds of prospects and clients each month from uptown to Ballantyne to the lakes. We need quality technology and data to execute with our kiosk, data collection efforts, media trailer and street teams. In return we can provide far-reaching referrals and exposure for Sprint—essentially becoming a high-volume mobile retail sales unit— with experienced marketing staff at every major event in Charlotte. Your own staff can attend and conduct product demos and sales at every event as you like. We provide set-up and procure the event space so that your team can simply walk onsite. In addition, Sprint will have video, signage and handouts plus an ad in Charlotte Prowler, which will be distributed free onsite at every event. Charlotte Prowler Magazine has the highest digital circulation in the Charlotte Region and is growing at a rate of over 30% per year due to our aggressive onsite exhibition campaign. Sprint would also have weekly access to our 366K subscribers/readers in On The Prowl—our week-

ly eNewsletter to deliver specials, technology updates, etc. The Best of Charlotte—a campaign that will reach Charlotteans via Prowler Magazine, event exhibi-

tion, WCCB TV 18, ESPN Charlotte and Charlotte’s top social media promotional companies— will feature Sprint as the presenting sponsor. Each high-quality award—which recipients proudly display—will have the Sprint logo. Every radio and TV spot will mention Sprint as well. In addition, there will be many opportunities throughout the year where we will be involved in early event planning and be able to recommend Sprint to many of Charlotte’s largest companies and most notable brands. 2014 Way back in 1992 your now well-aged Prowler Magazine staffers began sorting and anointing standouts in the Queen City. Our humble opinions— opinions they are—are given to share with city newcomers and natives alike the things we find and love on the road more frequently travelled. While most Charlotteans will dine, dance, shop and socialize within a limited radius, our own profession and passion drives us from South End to South Park, from University City to Ballantyne and from Davidson to Lake Wylie.
