When it comes to a passion for real estate, Kim is renowned for his unwavering commitment and his unyielding motivation to succeed. He is a graduate of the University of Tasmania and The Australian Maritime College and has been an industry leader for over fifteen years, most of which has been spent as one of Hobart’s top real estate agents, and a Charlotte Peterswald for Property partner and director since the company opened its doors in 2004. He has held senior board positions with the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania, has achieved numerous record sale prices in Tasmania, has received multiple salesperson of the year awards, been recognised in national auctioneering competitions and has spoken at a number of national seminars and conferences.
