Planning and Operations. While serving in the U.S. Marine’s I planned operations that included logistical hurdles in excess of transporting over 5000 troops across the world. As the CIO for Title Texas I planned and managed the roll out of VOIP covering 30+ locations. While the Director of IT for the City of Murphy I relocated to total city operations, including Police and Fire with no down time. I planned and established Murphy’s first 911 system.

Developed Network Solution that saved $1.2 million in annual expenditures. As the CIO of Title Texas I recognized the need to streamline network capacity and utilization. Over a one year period I created a 30 host scalable enterprise network that provided for VOIP and additional storage and retrieval processes. This included managing and designing a web based Title Closing system. Through this I was able to save the company $1.2 million in expenditures for document management and phone system hardware. In addition this upgrade cut labor costs and time by huge margins and provided faster response times to end users and clients.

Company merger with technology integration. While at Title Texas I successfully created and implemented a strategic plan to integrate multiple operational divisions including enterprise network operations. Through this integration I was able to cut support costs, labor costs, and technical response time by 30%. While at Legacy I designed new process to integrate business partners to facilitate better turnaround times.

Technology Relocation and Advancement. As CIO of Title Texas I designed and executed the relocation of data operations into an Internet Data Center. As the Director of IT for Legacy Consulting I was able to streamline the medical claims processing by enhancing the design of the user interface. This in turn provided faster turnaround, better results and saved the company money.
