ďƒ˜ Back pain is a general problem that many women are faced with at some point in their lives and most widespread during pregnancy. ďƒ˜ Follow the few and easy lifestyle changes you can make to improve you back from your diet to changing a few bad back habits.

10 Bad Habits - Hurting Your Back  Stress cause muscle tension in your back.  Unhealthy Diet - Overweight puts strain in your back.  TV – 15 hours plus a week in Television increases back pain by 3 times and stretch during the commercial breaks.  Sitting Position – sitting puts 40% more pressure on the spine than standing. Stretch the body every 30 minutes.  No regular Exercise – Most of people drop the exercise when they have back pain, In fact the exercise can help to relieve from the pain.

 Bad car seat position – sit at a 90 degree angle, and this shouldn’t straining to reach the wheel (or) pedals.  Carrying Too Much – overloading bags can cause your back. Avoid carrying too much weight on your back.  Old mattress – Your mattress should be replaced every 5-6 years.

 High Heels – wearing high heels makes your back muscles work harder. Try to avoid long distance walk.  Ignoring Pain – doesn’t ignore the pain, and always seek treatment if the problem persists.
