MacroMatch® enables you to verify your customer data against listings in the White Pages® and Yellow Pages® directories. As the data within these two directories are updated on a daily basis (up to 15,000 updates a day), MacroMatch® enables your customer data to be as current, correct and comprehensive as possible. The MacroMatch® service also separately references your data against Australia Post’s Postal Address File and National Change of Address File and other external sources such as the ACMA Do Not Call Register. MacroMatch® Verification Find out whether your existing contact data is already up-to-date. Our verification service compares your existing contact data against the White Pages® or Yellow Pages® to verify if the name, address and phone number are already up to date. A flag is provided against each record to identify if it could be verified.

According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics Census 2006, approximately 14% of the Australian population changed address in a particular year1. Australia Post’s National Change of Address File helps you to keep in touch with people (where consent has been given) who have moved premises.

Flags addresses in your customer database that are listed in the Do Not Mail file to help ensure your direct mail activities do not reach those that have opted in.

Do Not Call Register

Appends the Australia and New Zealand Standard Industry Classification (ANZSIC) code and description and links to the most appropriate Yellow Pages® headings that businesses reside in.

The Do Not Call Register flags phone numbers in your customer database that are listed on the DNCR to help you ensure that your telemarketing activity complies with current legislation.
