SPORT-BY-SPORT HIGHLIGHTS
• Completed CCU’s fourth “Triple Crown” in program history by winning the 2014 Big South Conference Championship. • Earned Coastal Carolina cross country/track & field program’s 28th Big South Championship over the last 28 years. • Qualified two individuals (Jessica Gelibert and Christina Davis) and its 4x400 relay for the NCAA East Preliminary Round. • Had 17 individuals earn a total of 24 all-conference honors. • Broke a pair of school records, including the 400m hurdles and the shuttle hurdle relay, and one Big South record. • Head coach Alan Connie was named Big South Women’s Coach of the Year while Teka Simpson was named the Women’s Outstanding Field Performer of the Year.
