Keenan HS 2011 (So.): Played in all 11 games, starting nine at safety … Ranked sixth on the team with 40 tackles … Was the only Chant to have a TFL, sack, interception, PBU, QB hurry, forced fumble and recovered fumble … Named Big South Defensive Player of the Week (Nov. 14) in the Chants’ win at Charleston Southern … Had a career-high seven tackles, including his first career sack, adding his first career interception and recorded his first career forced fumble … After the Chanticleers threw an interception in the second quarter, George sacked Richard Mounce on the next play, causing the quarterback to fumble and give Coastal possession … Then, with less than a minute to play and Charleston Southern on the CCU 24, George picked off a Mounce pass on the one-yard line and returned it 16 yards to seal the seven-point win over the Buccaneers … Followed that performance with a seven-tackle effort, all solo stops, with a TFL in the season finale at Western Carolina … Had five tackles, all solo, in his first collegiate start in the win over Furman … Credited with a fumble recovery.
