We begin by researching and gathering inspiration for your project. During your first appointment, a consultant will guide you through our showroom, showcasing available styles and bespoke furniture options. At the end, you’ll receive brochures tailored to your preferences to explore further at home.

In the planning stage, we’ll schedule an instore appointment with a consultant. Please bring your room measurements, function goals, budget, project timeline, and a list of desired items to help us design your dream bathroom. A home measure service is also available for added convenience.

Using the details from the planning appointment, our team will create a quote and a free 3D CAD design of your bathroom, helping you visualise the finished space. Once ready, we’ll contact you to arrange a follow-up appointment or email the quote and design. Any changes can be shared with the team for prompt updates.
