Project: The 12th IFVA Competition Name: The Lost Paradise Prize: Best 15 video in student group Project background: This is a video produced by me when I am 17. This video finally got an merit in the competition. (Top 15 of students’ category in HK) This video is call “The Lost Paradise”, it mentioned the sadness brought by one’s growth. Paradise means the happiness of childhood.
I am walking towards an unknown place.
I meet myself (child) in a park. 4.

I am so depressed. I want to go back to my childhood again. 6.
This stuff makes me crazy.
Suddenly, I fall and back to the real world. 8.
I am so angry about this, I canâ€™t stop being mad.
I am so lonely and tired.
I want to take a rest. Calm down. 11.
Mum...! I want to hug her, but failed. (Illusion) 12.
Memories of my mum and I.
I fall, I am depressed.
Back to real world, I see a candy (=childhood). 15.
I broke it. Itâ€™s not belogs to my real world!! 16.

Super: Can I go back to my past...?
I canâ€™t stop crying!! I miss you (childhood) so much!!
I met myself (childhood) again.
The candy appears again. Implying the happienss of childhood never disappear in our memories.
The Lost Paradis. Ends. I am not lost anymore.
At the end of the movie, you can see the candy again. This is the most important part of the story. This implys that we should grow up. Although the happiness of childhood cannot sustain until now, but it is stored forever in our memories.

Project: Cooperative project Client: Heep Hong Society Project background: This is a cooperative project with Heep Hong Society. The aim is to design a TVC for the mass audience to raise their awareness of autistic children. This is a group project and my role is the script writer. I am in charge of allocation the story structure as well as copy-writing.

Suddenly, a lady comes and give a balloon to the child. 12.
She brings the child out of the enclosed area (loneliness, helplessness) 13.
Super: He needs you.
SFX: Laughing After the lady’s help, the child becomes happy. 15.
This is a touching scene, it looks like interacting with the audience. 16.
The boy uses his finger to draw the logo of Heep Hong Society.
Super: There are other “He”s.
Similar to scene 1, this is a POV. But the previous child is on the screen. That means there is another boy having the same problem.
Super: â€œLoveâ€? helps autistic children. Logos, copyrights etc.
This TVC was appretiated by the Heep Hong Society. It would be used in the websites of Heep Hong Society. Moreover, it would also be played when Heep Hong has talks.

The 6th Checkpoint The Galaxy “I have a dream. Boy, let’s go to the galaxy! Suddenly, a monkey stand in front of me. Project: Promotion (Product Painting) Client: Kipling Project background: This is one of my freelance project. Kipling is a Belgian company offering a range of carryalls for a variety of lifestyles. Monkey is the symbol of Kipling as monkey is associated with fun and adventure, so the minkey naturally became the brand’s mascot. The project is designed and executed by myself.

Space Space, I associate it with time instantly. Moreoever, time travelling is a new direction for scientists to develop. However, for now, the only thing that can travel in time is our MEMORY.

Project: Print Ad Title: Project background: 2011.3.11- The nightmare of Japan. A 9.0M Earthquake occurred in Fukushima, Japan. It’s the 4th greatest earthquake in the history. On the internet, there is a function called “一人一 畫 _ 為災難中的日本打氣”trying to encourage Japanese by drawing or painting. The disaster frightened me so much. Thus, I would like to give a helping hand to Japan.
