Dark Room Records This was the Project I had the most fun with. What made it so fun was the avalibility to be as creative as I wanted with it using more than one adobe program; photochop and illustrator. after being approched for creating volume number 4 for dark room records immediatly i thought of a dark and firey flair to the design and thats what inspired me to make this.

The High school oppertunities project is the one i feel the most proud of. I experimented with colors in illustrator I dont use much and it ended up turning out really well. The career center asks to crete stuff for them all the time as graphic design is one of their classes.

I found trying to replace the battle high school spartan head with characters is a lot harder than it looked. My creativity was definatly lacking a little bit while doing this project in illustrator but what motivated me was no ine else thought of the idea and originalness was what i was going for in my pride with my school.

This project allowed me to combine my illustrator and indesign skills to create a cover for the missouri department of education that I was moderatly happy with. I struggled making a cool background to start off with so a lot of time ended up being devoted to the part of the project that was not required to be super fancy.

Visual puns Any project working with photoshop i enjoy because it takes me back to digital media and primarly using the program in most projects so thats what inspired me to create the bottoom pun. Coming up with the puns was probably harder than actually creating it in photoshop. using the mac sparked an idea in my head to create a sandwich with the name mac in it.

Animal Remix I enjoyed this project because it allowed me to have more fun expirementing and allowing my ideas to come to life. The project was also relitively easy too so i could try even more ideas with multiple animals in photoshop and play around.

This project using indesign allowed a different kind of creative freedom. Really seeing where words could go and how to make it look clean with not too mucb blank space ended up being a challenge and fun. I liked this project so much i ended up using the concept in my FBLA poster that got 5th place at districts.

I struggled placing facts in spots that was not awkward to look at and creating a design that wouldnt look bad. This infographic probably stressed me out the most in illustrator and photoshop. The zoo idea came into my head through the st. louis zoo always being a fond memorie in my head as a younger child in elemertary school.

I started to get in the trend of using green a lot in my projects and I dont even know why, green isnt even my favorite color. overall i think the project ended up turning out well and liked making in in illustrator. I have come to master using green in my prrojects because it is such a versitile color.

3 Page Magazine Spread I enjoyed making this i photoshop and illustrator until the end when Mr. Wade informed me that my text should be smaller and to make my pictures bigger. So i changed them but feel that the result looks sloppy because i completed it in half a class period. I liked the creative freedom I had in creating the title page and utilized an idea for the front cover from the Darkroom Records CD i made.

Zou Nation Wh at th e Expe rt s Are Sa y i ng ZOUNation Magazine spoke to six college basketball analysts with extensive experience on the national scene or around the Missouri basketball program to get a sense of what to expect out of the Porter brothers, the rest of the Tigers’ top-five nationally ranked recruiting class and the team as a whole, as Missouri and first-year coach Cuonzo Martin head into the 2017-18 season with significantly elevated standards for success. By David Morrison

On M i c h ael Po rt er J r. …

“He is talented enough to be the best player in the country. He can do that. He can have a Kevin Durant-type season. I’m not saying he’ll average 25, but everybody’s going to know his name by the end of this. He can be in the Ben Simmons, Kevin Durant realm of accomplishment as an individual.” — Jay Bilas, ESPN “He’s just a devastating offensive player. He’s got great size for his position, he’s a good athlete, he can make a shot. He’s just very difficult to deal with on that end of the court. I just don’t see any way that Michael just doesn’t have a statistically monster season, because he’s just so uniquely gifted. He’s worthy of all the great things people say about him.” — Gary Parrish, CBS

I liked the aspect of creating something for mizzou even though I am not the most talented in my class but getting the information on collage athletes seemed really cool. This project is my favorite indesign project we did the whole semester.

True/ False T-Shirt Using illustrator to create an idea for a t-shirt really interested me becuase in my mind I could see this being put on a t shirt. The simplicity of it really caught my eye. even I would probably purchase a shirt designed like this.

This project was the most frustrating because my client was not keeping me up to date with the food being provided or the cost of the food provided. While not being able to fully complete this I had to emprovise and put in filler text into my menu to keep the space filled.
