HAPPY NEW YEAR! 2012 is O-V-E-R, I’m assuming the world didn’t end (oh you Mayans—incorrigible), and now 2013 is totalllly here. Who woulda thought? I’m writing this circa a month ahead of time, so I’m really banking on the fact that I survived my trip to Australia sans crocodile attack (which—sue me—is a TOTALLY LEGITIMATE FEAR) and will be here to write another one of these delightfully pointless letters come next month. ANYWAYSSS, before I dive into why the January issue is great, I’d rather just tell you what you need to check out this month that, personally, I’m completely obsessed with and can’t help but share with you: • @SeinfeldToday: The best thing for Seinfeld lovers in withdrawal, this account just tweets out plots for the sitcom if it were to come on today. Complete genius. • Imagine Dragons: If you haven’t downloaded their debut album, you should have—like a million years ago. Plus they’re touring this spring with Atlas Genius. Shit’s sold out soooo if you wanna scalp me some tickets, you know where to find me. • Capital City Bakery: The Facebook page for this cupcake-oriented bakery is pure food porn and utterly amazing. A food trailer located on Rio Grande and MLK near campus, it’s hands-down the most amazing in town. Oh, and it’s all vegan. Heaven in yo’ mouth. Now that I’ve blacked out fantasizing about cupcakes for 45 minutes, I just remembered that this is our HOT BODY issue, so I guess I should be fantasizing about treadmills instead. Yeah. Anyways, turn the pages for the best tips, tricks and strategies to help you get fit and fabulous in 2013. (Because those New Year’s resolutions aren’t going to accomplish themselves, ya dig?!) We’ve also got the winners of our Top Bachelor and Top Bachelorette contests, so if love is on your agenda for 2013—hell…hit ‘em up. Here’s cheers to new years! Holllllaaaa-- Sam Sumpter, Editor,

Spring Break is but a few short months away, so time is of the essence to get a body like Beyoncè. Unfortunately, we don’t have her work ethic (or genes), so we’ve compiled a list of ways you can create your own hot bod. You’ll be a brick house in no time.

PICKLE SHOOTER THE HOTTEST SHOT IN TOWN

Find hooter Pickle S ickel ty N at Thirs bars at er and oth ter.com oo picklesh

Lenee Williams, 22 Hometown: Waller Major: Business

18 | JANUARY 2013| STUDYBREAKS.COM

There aren’t many flavors better than the tangy and salty taste of pickle juice with your favorite shot, but have you ever wondered where the heavenly brine you are drinking came from? Pickle Shooter is a new product made by Aftertaste Beverages, LLC, and it’s the original pickle-flavored bar mix—pickle juice in a bottle! Aftertaste Beverages is a local company, and Pickle Shooter is an Austin product, distributed locally to make unique drinks. Unfortunately not all bars are serving this wonderful beverage. Many are getting their pickle brine in less than ideal ways. Some simply buy pickles and use the juice they come in. The barbarity! All those perfectly good pickles are going to waste. In other cases bars buy pickle juice waste from local burger joints. Think of all the greasy hamburger hands and chicken fingers reaching into the jar to grab pickles before the excess juice is sold to the bar that makes your drink. Not only is that gross—it’s just plain unsanitary. Pickle Shooter is here to the rescue, though! It is a completely sanitary, but most importantly, tasty product. It’s great after a shot of vodka, tequila, or whiskey and can also be used to mix up some delicious drinks like a dillrita or pickletini. Pickle Shooter assures that no pickles are harmed in the making of their product. Keep an eye out for the Drunken Pickle downtown, a costume pickle running around serving up free samples of Pickle Shooter. Stay tuned for promotions and events at facebook.com/ drunkenpickle, and follow him on Twitter @drunkenpickle. Make sure your next pickle shot is Pickle Shooter!

RATE-THE LAST MONTH’S WINNERS: -DATE Festive Fun You voted and--in a close match--Victoria won a date with Dane! The crazy kids met at Austin's Pizza right before break for some mid-finals fun, but did their hearts melt for each other like mozzarella or was the date a total dud? Read and find out... Victoria Celis

Dane Jeske

The date with Victoria was great! We talked mostly just about college experiences and such, but she was very interesting and also quite funny. We also talked a lot about our spirit organizations (Me: Absolute Texxas, her: Darlins), which she is now currently the president of. That was another great thing we had in common since I also served as President of AT a while back. Overall, Victoria was a great date and I had an awesome time hanging out with her over a few drinks. Definitely happy I signed up for the Study Breaks blind date.

I had a great time with Dane at Austin’s Pizza. We had a lot in common and really bonded over the organizations we are in. He was the President of Absolute Texxas and I will be the President of Texas Wrangler Darlins, so he gave me some pointers and we’ve already set up a mixer between us for the spring semester. Dane is definitely a gentleman and one of the nicest, down to earth guys I’ve met while at UT. The date went well and I’m sure we’ll be hanging out again soon!

Midsize & Model-esque

Cute & Curvy

Your proportional torso comes in handy, but it’s time to give yourself some waist! Pair dark neutral tights —like black, brown, or gray — with your favorite dress. Belt that sucker and you’ve got a case of the curves.

If you’ve got it, flaunt it. For your curvy figure, use a pair of tights as a means to color block. Choose a dark purple or a deep mahogany. Then wear a dress that accentuates that smallest part of you (usually the area right underneath your chest). Voila! A match made in heaven.

They’re so versatile and can be worn with anything. They’re a quick go-to outfit.

It’s an easy way to add a pop of color.

The winter season calls for lady’s timeless fashion accessory — tights. However, it’s the 21st century, which means there’s no reason to bust out your mother’s torn pantyhose. You want tights that love your body—and, of course, give you a reason to postpone shaving your legs. Check out these tights for your body type!

Pretty & Petite

Tall & Trendy

Tights are perfect for your tiny frame, but you don’t want to overpower your small size. Choose a subtle, sexy pair of tights. A nude or light gray pair with an elegant pattern will add the perfect amount of pizazz to your outfit without overdoing it.

Embrace your height. You’ve got legs for days, so show ‘em off! Try out patterned tights with bold colors or a confident lacey look. Underneath shorts, you’ll be turning heads wherever you go.

HOT BODY GUIDE

MYTHBUSTERS! Debunking Diet Misconceptions if you do not suffer from Celiac Disease, there is no reason for you to not eat foods with gluten—there are no added health benefits.

MYTH: CARBS MAKE YOU FAT TRUTH: GOOD CARBS ARE THE WAY TO GO It is the conception that all carbs are bad, but the truth is that carbs give you vital energy and the sugars your body needs to work. The trick is to know what carbs to eat and in what portions— don’t go Regina George on us. (“Is BUTTER a carb?!”) Opt for whole wheat bread and pastas, and always read packages for the appropriate serving sizes. MYTH: ANYONE CAN BENEFIT FROM A GLUTENFREE DIET TRUTH: GLUTEN-FREE DIETS ARE FOR THOSE WITH INTOLERANCE TO IT Ok, so it seems that glucose-free diets have become all the rage now. This is mostly due to the awareness and better diagnosis of celiac disease. Gluten causes inflammation in the small intestines of people with celiac disease. However, 28 | JANUARY 2013| STUDYBREAKS.COM

MYTH: WEIGHT IS THE BEST WAY TO MEASURE DIET SUCCESS TRUTH: HEALTH IS THE BEST WAY TO MEASURE DIET SUCCESS Your weight is one of the easiest ways to tell whether you’re accomplishing your health goals, but weighing yourself every day or after every gym session and expecting to see a drastic change is unrealistic and can just be discouraging. MYTH: NO PAIN, NO GAIN TRUTH: PAIN CAN BE AN INDICATOR OF A SERIOUS PROBLEM While feeling sore after going H.A.M. in the gym is normal, feeling pain can be a sign that something not okay, especially if you aren’t used to working out. Take your time, pace yourself and work up to your goals to prevent injuries. If you feel unbearable pain from working out excessively, make sure you see a physician and take a little easier next time, Rocky.

BURN CALS THE EASY WAY! Sneaky ways to get slim 1. STEP IT UP Adding stairs and skipping the elevator will add some tone to your bootay and hamstrings while burning calories you otherwise would have kept throughout the day. 2. USE A LOTTA LOT Park further than you normally would. It is always tempting to take that front row spot, but park a little further away and book it to the door to add some cardio to your day! 3. MUNCH IN THE MORNING One good guide is to “eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper.” A common mistake is skiping breakfast but that’s skipping the opportunity to jump-start your metabolism! Eat most of your calories with your breakfast, and your body will burn calories faster throughout the day. 4. GET YO’ H2O Drinking your eight cups a day will boost your metabolic rate by about 30%!

GREEK SCENE TOTAL FRAT MOVE

SWEETHEART OF THE MONTH

10 New Year’s Resolutions, And How You’re Going To Break Them

PROVIDED BY: TOTALFRATMOVE.COM

Devan Stehl

Age: 20 • Height: 5’3” School: Southern Methodist Unversity Major: Political Science and Communications Relationship Status: Single One thing that impresses you when you’re out on a date? When he opens car doors and plans surprise dates! What’s the creepiest move a guy has ever tried to pull on you? I was on a flight and this creepy older man kept winking at me, I hurried to my connecting flight only to find that he was also on that plane. The line decided to stop while I was right next to his seat where he proceeded to ask how old I was. If that wasn’t enough, he was waiting for me by the baggage claim. Thank goodness I found some friends and ran to safety! All-time favorite TFM or TSM? Well with my political aspirations it has to be “Always choosing red solo cups because the blue ones remind me of liberals. TFM.”

TFMs of the Month Bringing a shower beer to shower sex. TFM. Rewarding a pledge for a hard day’s work with push-ups. TFM. A mind is a terrible thing to waste, but a liver can be replaced. TFM. Best dressed in the drunk tank. TFM.

TSMs of the Month Just say no to sweatpants. TSM. The “I think I’m here” text when you arrive at a guy’s house. TSM.

PROVIDED BY: TOTALFRATMOVE.COM

10

To start going to class. Until you’re bored out of your mind ten minutes into the first lecture.

9

To spend less money at the bar. Until you’re eight shots deep, wielding your parents’ American Express.

8

To start going to the gym. Until you puke during your first lap on the track and decide drinking is more fun.

7

To start being safer with sex. Until you rationalize your irresponsibility with “I’m hammered and he/she is hot.”

6

To stop swearing so often. Until your first parking ticket of the semester.

5

To call your parents more often. Until your mom rambles about reality TV for an hour when you call.

4

To quit smoking/dipping. Until your first blackout or Adderall studying binge.

3

To stop texting your ex. Until you’re hammered and want some strange.

2

To start branching out. Until you realize that if anyone else was cool you’d already be friends.

1

To stop drinking so much. Until one text that reads “Bars?” gives you the undeniable urge to rage.

Conveniently “finding” your virginity when you meet a new boy. TSM. I have a love/hate relationship with my lack of relationship. TSM.

Imagine Dragons Night Visions It’s been out for a few months, but if you haven’t jumped on Imagine Dragon’s debut album, Night Visions, do it. Like, now. With hit singles “Radioactive” and “It’s Time,” along with the irrepressibly upbeat “On Top of the World” and the beyond amazing “Hear Me,” the entire album is so freaking phenomenal we just can’t turn it off. Oh, and they’re on tour with Atlas Genius this spring, so this is totally timely and shit. Can you say dream concert?!

It’s the new year, and it’s time to shed the holiday pounds! Looking good in that bikini for spring break starts now, and watching what you eat is one of the easier ways to do that— especially when you don’t have time to be doing endless reps at the gym! Here are some tasty, easy-to-make eats that won’t add inches to your waistline. So eat up without bringing your weight up!

BAKED KALE CHIPS INGREDIENTS • 1 bunch of curly green kale • Olive oil • Salt and pepper DIRECTIONS 1. Wash and completely dry kale. Cut off stems and chop into large chip-sized pieces. 2. Spread kale leaves onto 2 baking sheets, drizzle with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. 3. Bake at 450 F degrees for 20 minutes or until crispy.

DIRECTIONS 1. Pre-heat the oven to 400°F. 2. On a baking sheet, spread out the tomatoes and garlic cloves and dress with a few tablespoons olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper. 3. On a separate sheet pan, arrange the zucchini, eggplant, pepper and onion. Dress with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 4. Roast the tomatoes for 25-30 minutes, until charred and beginning to burst. Remove from the oven and separate the garlic from the tomatoes. When cool enough to touch, remove the skins from the garlic cloves.

54 | JANUARY 2013| STUDYBREAKS.COM

• 1 small eggplant (3/4 pound), partially peeled and diced • 1 small bell pepper, chopped • 1 small onion, chopped • Chopped flat leaf parsley, for garnish • 1 lb whole-wheat rigatoni

5. Roast the vegetables until brown at the edges and tender, about 15 minutes. 6. Cook the pasta, reserving a cup of the starchy cooking water. 7. Place the roasted tomatoes in a serving bowl while still hot and mash them with the garlic using a potato masher. Add the reserved starchy cooking water and adjust the salt and pepper, to taste. 8. Toss with the pasta and vegetables. Top the pasta with an extra drizzle of olive oil.

GERMAN-CHOCO LATE FUDGE BITES PHOTO: WONDERYORT

INGREDIENTS • 2 pints cherry tomatoes, stemmed • 6 cloves garlic, left in their skins • Olive oil for liberal drizzling (about 1/2 c.), divided • 2 tbsp. fresh thyme leaves • Salt and pepper • 2 small to medium firm zucchini, diced into small, bite-size pieces

INGREDIENTS • ¾ c. pitted dates • ½ tsp. pure vanilla extract • 1/16 tsp. salt • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder • 2 tbsp. shredded coconut • 1/3 to ½ cup raw pecans • Chocolate chips (optional) DIRECTIONS 1. Blend all ingredients together very well using a food processor. 2. Squish the dough together using clean hands. 3. Roll into balls, cookie-cutter shapes or bars. Enjoy!

HEALTHY HINTS FROM “MARIA CALLENDER” • Loading up on filling veggies with few calories helps you stay satisfied and slim! • If you want an extra kick, add paprika or red pepper flakes to your kale and eggplant chips.

INGREDIENTS • 5-6 granny smith apples (make sure they can stand on their own) • 1 tsp. of cinnamon • 1/4 cup of sugar • 1 tbsp. brown sugar • 1 pkg. pre-made piecrust DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. 2. Cut off the top of 4 apples off and discard. Remove the inside of each apple with a spoon or melon baller very carefully, as to not puncture the peel. Try to salvage as much of the insides as possible. 3. Remove skin from remaining apple(s) and slice very thinly for additional filling later. 4. Mix sliced apples with sugars and cinnamon in a bowl. Scoop sliced apples into hollow apples.

PHOTO: AXMAI

APPLE PIE BAKED IN THE APPLE

• One of the best ways to give some extra flavor to food without adding sodium is with fresh herbs like parsley and thyme. • Baked apples with cinnamon have very few calories—only 95!

PHOTO: LEARNINGLARK

5. Roll out piecrust and slice into 1/4-inch strips. Cover the top of the apple in a lattice pattern with piecrust strips. 6. Place apples in an 8x8 pan, adding just enough water to the cover the bottom of the pan. 7. Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until crust is golden-brown and sliced apples are soft.

BAKED EGGPLANT CHIP S INGREDIENTS • 1-2 eggplants • Olive oil • Sea salt DIRECTIONS 1. Slice eggplant into ¼-inch thick slices. 2. Brush both sides of each slice with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. 3. Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet, and place slices on sheet. 4. Bake at 400 F for about 20 minutes. About 10 minutes in, flip slices over and continue to bake until browned.

Spring Break on a Budget HIT THE BEACH FOR A BARGAIN WITH INERTIA TOURS! WORDS: JANE HERVEY PHOTOS PROVIDED BY: INERTIA TOURS

Y

ou’ve eaten Ramen for the past three months, and you can’t remember the last time you put gas in your car. Well, here’s some good news for you, broke college kid. Despite your lack of cash flow, this year’s spring break doesn’t have to reflect your cheapskate semester. If you book with Inertia Tours, you can spend 4 nights and 5 days on South Padre Island for only $250 dollars. Plus, you get 2 dine-out meals per day and a $30 dollar gas card. Not to mention, you can hit up Coca Cola Beach, spend your drunken nights at the best beach bars around and kick back at one of the top ten spring break spots in the United States. So snatch up this steal and hit that sand for the week of a lifetime. You know you need a tan.

ING INERTIA’S TOP 10 TIPS FOR SAVING YOUR BUCKS AND HAV

1. Get an “out the door price” in writing with all of the taxes and fees possible included from your booking agency. This means no scams and no hidden fees. Book several rooms or condos together as a group and use a tour company to get a slight discount. 2. Book a U.S. destination. They’re selling red hot for

a reason – you can drive there, there’s no passport or flight, and you’ll get the total lowest cost. 3. Book early. Booking in early January instead of February will cut the condo/hotel costs by up to 40 percent. 4. Bring supplies with you: a cooler, sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, koozie, even paper plates and cups. 5. Purchase snacks and

basic food at Wal-Mart or H-E-B before you leave home. 6. Pack your SUV or car for the road trip as full as possible. Put six or even eight people in a large SUV. The more people, the more ways to split gas cost. 7. Shorten the length of your trip. Going from seven nights to four nights will reduce the trip cost by

35 percent per person. 8. Pre-purchase your alcohol BEFORE you arrive on South Padre Island, because liquor stores and convenient stores will mark the price up. 9. Book maximum occupancy at your condo or hotel. This allows you to split the overall cost as many ways as possible. 10. Make sure you do some homework that’s not

just online. Ask the firm you are booking with for professional references with names, phone numbers and emails. Ask for past clients that used your booking agency. Check out their reviews. Most of all, use a credit card to pay for your trip – if you are ripped off, call the credit card company to have them go to bat for you.

KNOW ASK THE EXPERT: HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT COMPILED BY: JANE HERVEY

T

his year, you want to stick to your New Years’ Resolutions and actually drop some of those pounds you gained over the fall semester. Luckily for you, we talked to Austin’s Anytime Fitness authority Glen Langford about how to stay in tip-top shape during 2013. These next few tips will help you finally score that beach body before Spring Break.

Q: If you’re trying to lose weight, should you focus more on working out or eating better? A: To lose weight in the first place, “calories in” must be lower than “calories out” to create a deficit so that the body burns some fat each day. Short term, weight loss is mainly in the kitchen, but do not ignore the gym. Long term, weight management is in the gym, but do not ignore the kitchen. Q: What should a beginner focus on when they go to the gym? A: To get started, any part of the gym is great. Get in there and move for 45 minutes at 80% of your perceived maximum exertion. About 80% of the battle is just getting to the gym and doing something or anything.

QUIZ Which NFL QB are you? CREATED BY: JOEY SUMPTER

Almost every young lad in America has dreams of being an NFL quarterback at some point in his life. Then these same lads realize that their arm is too weak, they’re too slow, or they just don’t have the mind of a quarterback and these dreams are shattered. Due to this harsh reality and in honor of the upcoming Super Bowl, we’ve composed a quiz to let you know which QB you would be if you were in the league right now. The quiz is scary accurate, so if you don’t like your results…sorry bout ya. 1. What’s your idea of a good night?

A

B

C

D

E

Getting hammered and hookin’ up with chicks… with or without consent.

Watching Little Women in footie pajamas while eating milk and cookies…followed by Bible study.

Hanging out with a supermodel and reflecting on how good you look.

Taking a nice drive in your Buick Verano and picking up a couple of Papa John’s pizzas.

Any night where I don’t have to make decisions, so screwing up isn’t a possibility.

2. Which description fits your ideal head coach?

A

B

C

D

E

The youngest coach to ever win to a Super Bowl

A portly gentleman that always makes guarantees… that don’t come true

A football genius that wears a hoodie with no sleeves

A man with a type of animal as his last name

The team owner’s bitch

3. How would you describe your ideal woman?

A

B

C

D

E

Young, drunk, and vulnerable

A wholesome woman who has good morals, goes to church, and is saving herself for marriage

A woman who looks almost as good as you—a supermodel will suffice

A nice Southern belle who enjoys watching your commercials over and over again

A nice blonde woman… that sings…preferably

4. Which description fits you best?

A

B

C

D

E

Chubby and indestructible

Blessed and excited^44

Douchey and Buzz Lightyear-chinned

Country and kind of awkward, but less awkward than your younger brother

Inconsistent and disappointing

5. If you were trapped on a desert island, what's the one thing you would want to have?

A

B

C

D

E

A woman. It’s only you and her, so she has no choice but to have sex with you… in your mind.

The Bible. Without God you wouldn’t be blessed enough to be on the desert island.

A mirror. So you can remember things could be worse…you couldn't be freakishly good looking.

Your dad. So you can find some sticks and fire them up…hut hut.

Your starter hat. It keeps the sun out of your eyes, and God knows you’re the only one wearing one.

6. What is your favorite song?

A

B

C

D

E

“Drunk and Hot Girls” – Kanye West

Any Christian rock or Jonas Brothers song

“Beautiful” –James Blunt. You replace all the you’res with I’ms

Any song on the Outlaw Country station.

“Fumble” – Trey Songz

Answers: Mostly A’s: BEN RAPELESBERGER ….uhh…Roethlisberger. You’ll play a game on two broken legs and force yourself on some ladies afterwards. Nothing can stop you…besides the law.

Mostly B’s: TIMOTHY TEBOW Fresh out of the Bible Belt (maybe?), you’re part of one of the worst QB tandems of all time, but you’re damn excited about it. You’re also a very nice Christian man, so anyone that hates you is probably on the highway to hell, or at least on Santa’s naughty list.

Mostly C’s: TOM BRADY You’re one of the best QBs ever and one good looking sum bitch. You’ve been running the league for years and you’re married to a supermodel, so you’re pretty much living the American dream. However, something about you just screams douchebag.

Mostly D’s: PEYTON MANNING You’re also one of the greatest QBs of all time, and it seems like you’re always breaking some sort of record. Between your on-field play and TV commercials, it’s hard not to like you. You also just bought several Papa John’s franchises in Colorado where marijuana was just legalized…crafty.

Mostly E’s: TONY ROMO When you’re good, you’re good, but when you’re bad, you’re bad. According to Cowboys fans, you’re supposed to lead them to the Super Bowl every year… but you don’t. It appears that you’ve never been the same since the infamous 2006 Wild Card game against the Seahawks, but at least you make the Cowboys funny to watch.

FUN STUFF

HOROSCOPES • SPOT THE DIFFERENCE • THAT’S A FACT JACK

SPOT THE DIFFERENCE!

Can you spot the 5 differences between the two photos?

JANUARY

The stars tell you what’s in store this season. Aries - It’s a new year; that means a new you! You want that smokin’ hot figure, and now is the perfect time to start that awesome workout regimen you’ve always wanted to try. Taurus - Stick to that healthy-eating New Year’s resolution this year; you have more determination than you think. Gemini - You’ve been stuck in the same old workout routine. It’s time to get a new one. Try out something fresh and fun, like stand-up paddleboarding or bikram yoga.

Cancer - Yeah, those drinks are good, but have you looked in the mirror lately? Lay off of the booze; your body will thank you later. Leo - All semester, gym classes are starting up again. Ask your friends to join a class with you. It’s a great way to reconnect after break and get back in shape!

Virgo - Wondering whether or not to try out that new recipe? Go for it; with your creativity, it’s going to turn out great.

Libra - Think about yourself first when making choices. Invest in some “me time”; your body will thank you. Scorpio - Dedicate that energy you have when partying to accomplishing other goals—like looking hot in that summer swimwear. 1. Finger Horror 2. Smoking - even a pipe - is bad for you 3. Ridiculous disguise 4. Wig 5. Pirate attire

THAT’S A FACT JACK • It takes approximately 20 minutes for your brain to know that your stomach is full. • Similar to fingerprints, everyone also has a unique tongue print. • Humans shed about 600,000 particles of skin every hour. That works out to about 1.5 pounds each year, so the average person will lose around 105 pounds of skin by age 70. • Your nose can remember 50,000 different scents. • The average person produces about 25,000 quarts of saliva— enough to fill two swimming pools! 64 | JANUARY 2013| STUDYBREAKS.COM

Sagittarius - Your independent streak will help you break from the routine and challenge yourself in the gym. Capricorn - Happy Birthday! What better way to celebrate yourself than by going out? Make sure you look good by getting some workouts in before your birthday bash. Aquarius - Happy Birthday to you too!

Your creativity will help you plan the best birthday celebration you have ever had. Dancing is a great way to celebrate and burn some cals!

Pisces - Motivate your friends to jump on the fitness train with you. They will thank you later, and you will all have fun in the process. WORDS BY: MARIA ROQUE, JANE HERVEY
