Brad Wood could have followed in his mother’s footsteps, who began her career as an ice skating coach in 1965, traveling throughout southern Alberta. But Brad doesn’t even know how to skate. Instead, he began working at Nufloors, a flooring business his father, Don, owned and operated for more than a decade. Brad joined the company in 1985, starting out by working in the warehouse, assisting with installation and sales, and is now the current owner. As a result, Brad has never written a resume or applied for a job. “I wouldn’t even know how,”
