Let us all stop for just a moment and reflect on everything God has done through His church, His people, in 2013. It is easy to get caught up in the here and now and forget the milestones He has brought us through; 2013 was full of faithstretching times, victories and hardship, but through it all we can have confidence in knowing our Lord is in control. As we reflect, let us remember the joy of seeing new believers confessing Christ through baptism and marriages that have been restored. Let us also remember that because of what Christ has done through the cross,

HIS LOVE COMPELS US TO GENUINELY LOVE OTHERS AND FAITHFULLY FOLLOW HIM IN WHATEVER HE CALLS US TO. The

experience of being with Him is what drives everything we do, whether it be reaching out to those in need, cultivating healthy communities, or sharing biblical truth. It’s only because of Jesus that anything we do matters. In this 2013 Year in Review, we want to share how God has been at work in our church in the last year and why we’re excited for what He has in store for 2014.

We have had over 85,000 visits to our website, and nearly 6,000 CBC App downloads. Our website is the first thing most people check out before ever visiting our church gathering.

In the fall, Collide began meeting on all 3 campuses. Because of this our average attendance in 2012 was 163. Now the average is 231, a 70% increase. Our largest Collide had 346 students. Student Life Groups also averaged 259.

CHRISTMAS EVE SERVICE

hebrews 12:1,2

Looking back on 2013, we are incredibly grateful for everything that God has done, but we’re also mindful that apart from Jesus, what we do means nothing. Our vision for this new year is to continue to make it all about Him. After He rose again, Jesus said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations.” In line with this command, God has given us a passion for discipleship. So

OUR DESIRE FOR 2014 IS TO EQUIP THE CHURCH TO GLORIFY GOD IN THIS CITY AND AROUND THE WORLD BY THE POWER THAT ONLY HE SUPPLIES.
