(4) Celina EDC Director of Marketing & Tourism Melissa Thomas gave a special presentation to the City Council highlighting the City’s accreditation as a Texas Film-Friendly Community. (5) Mayor Ryan Tubbs presented the Celina High School Theater Department with a proclamation for its efforts to enhance the City’s annual Beware! of the Square event. (6) Mayor Ryan Tubbs honored the Celina residents who participated and graduated from the City’s Citizens Government Academy.
