#. Let’s check out L1 & Ground first. This picture shows that there are AC111.4 Voltage value between L1 & Ground. It means that it is not connected each other. If L1 & G were connected, it will be showing 0V.

If L2 was connected to the Ground, the voltage of L2 & G should be 0V. Because, L2 = Ground(0V)

Besides, the voltage of L1 & G should be 230V.

The left side is the three-phase four-wire system from electric power corporation. And right side is 2nd Single phase transformer.

Generally, L2 is connected to the Ground in the 2nd Single phase transformer. Therefore, L2 and Ground should be 0V value.

If the electricity was from the three-phase four-wire system directly, Generally, L1 is selected among the R or S or T and N is L2
