UPTOWN VILLA Apartments The Uptown Villa Apartments are designed to enhance community activities though the Place Attachment Theory. Within all space planning one will encounter high considerations regarding the well-standards. All interior community spaces are ADA compliant and feature additional accessible FF&E selections. The design intent is to create a multifunctional space focused on user-centered design and community outreach through place attachment.

1. LOBBY -Front exterior entrance and exit -Large open space with glass walls for maximum day light (Wellness: Light) -High ceilings for conceptual suspended design. (Wellness: Beauty) -Close distance to restroom

2. COMMUNITY LOUNGE -Next to Lobby (main community area) -Next to restrooms for plumbing wall

3. LEASING OFFICE -Clear overview of community areas -Parking garage entrance/exit -Main lobby entrance/exit

4. COMMUNITY STUDY -Enclosed area -Space large enough to have flexible huddle spaces

This lobby space is a main entrance guest area with clearview of most of the featured community spaces. The panel dividing the lobby and lounging spaces is a custom Dallas Skyline doubling as an LED overhead that floats above alounging bench and tables.

This space is a communal conference room. It is connected to the quiet/reading room for acoustical purposes. Finishes and FF&E selections were highly considered to tie popular Dallas history to the modern culture the city shows today.

This outdoor patio with a pool focal point takes a much simpler approach, as it allows the exterior architecture of the building to reinforce the desired design style.

MODEL1

This One Bedroom Apartment Design features a walk-in shower with natural stone finishes, a flexible dining/living space, and a modern kitchen style with a light toneof veneer and river rock backsplash. The design claimsa modern approach while promoting natural materials and referencing a vintage touch.

MODEL2

This One Bedroom Apartment features a tub/shower alternative, a combined kitchen dining space with marble, and a dark toned veneer finishs. The design offers additional space, features such as a bedroom with a window, and designated dining and living spaces. This approach offers modern luxury on an industrial palette created with sustainable material finishesand FF&E selections.

CORELOGIC Financial Firm This storage unit also serves as an additional food bar for company gatherings.

This executive desk provides additional shelving for storage and is accompanied by a Herman Miller Aeron chair to ensure true comfort that adjusts multiple shapes and sizes.

This chair will ensure true comfort for the receptionist who holds a very important position, as they also provide additional surveillance to those entering and leaving the premises.

This area is meant to make small meetings with clients feel more intimate.

The chairs as easily able to be removed for a wheelchair and they are light and able to be reconfigured. This featured table and seats is incorporated for additional collaboration enhancing face-to-face communication among colleagues.

The purpose of the new CoreLogic interior design includes providing comfort, privacy, and wellness for all employees to enhance productivity, protect sensitive data, and ensure that valuable employees are surrounded by interior features that support their wellness.This will be achieved by including attributes such as unique divided spaces that provide flexible work environments for all positions.

The design will also include a desired client-based conference room that will be located next to the reception and outside the enclosed private working area for privacy from all outside guest. Finally the new plan will distribute visible exposure to sunlight for all workers which is thought to increase the brain’s release of a hormone called serotonin that is associated with boosting mood and helping a person feel calm and focused.
