My education in the arts affects my approach towards the projects and is reflected in the process of designing the space. My belief is that the Intergation of sketching, modeling and further experimentations can lead to a complete and innovative design, aware of the people and the sourroundings. My passion is to experiment with natural materials in architecture, especially wood, and find a firm who deeply believes in new sustainable solutions. My skills are mainly sketching, modeling and post- production. However, the detailing and technical phase are facinating because they give the chance to improve my imaginative capacities in designing architectural solutions. Architecture to me is designing new experience for the senses in dialogue with the environment and the people.

The marble quarries of Carrara, Italy, are ancient places, where the extraction works through history has left a peculiar landscape. This project explores visual, tactile and thermal sensations through an atmospheric journey devoted to sensual pleasure. The concept of the project is to create an experience of the contrasts. Acting by different kinds of contrast, the differences of identities of the building and the surrounding marble is underlined.

THE PLAN The internal space is conceived as a flow of light and dark spaces. The hot, lukewarm and cold pools are placed at three different heights, respectively on top, half embedded, and totally embedded in the marble base due to the dialogue with the context and the thermal behaviour of the materials.

The vision for the project is to develop a design proposal for a sustainable complex in Aalborg which will clearly integrate sustainable parameters, mainly through the use of a sustainable skin, but also by developing the buildings within the skin in such a way that they create an efficient environment in terms of social and environmental sustainability. The performing skin is a combination of a shading system and solar cells. The skin creates a visual connection between the low buildings for families and the tower for the students. It has been tested that the skin fulfills the energy demand of the building.

The complex of the church in this project has been dealt with from different points of views. structural, historical and acoustic knowledges were used. A profane part is characterized by an open fluent space divided only by walls, in order to make it flexible for the activities. The church is a simple closed space and it is the heart of the structure. Church

In occasion of the DGI games in Stigborg in Alborg it is required to design different sustainable facilities for the event in the ex-industrial area of Stigsborg Harbourfront. I decided to design an observation tower that should be situated in several points near the camps. These towers will be used during the DGI games for the fire security and some of them will be used in the future for the new redesign of the area.
