Dr. Norman Kim Hung Lai has served Sinochem Fertilizer, BASF, CK Lifesciences, Sicpa Printing Inks, Zeneca and ICI companies over the region for more than 20 years in the industries of agrochemicals, fertilizers and chemicals. Dr. Lai worked in several organizations including Agricultural and Fisheries Department as Field Officer responsible for pesticide regulatory enforcement. The Royal Hong Kong Golf Club as Golf Course Superintendent before joining ICI in 1989 started his crop protection life. He also holds a doctorate in business administration from the University of Newcastle, NSW, Australia.
