Walter Avery Gallery has certain requirements we must follow. Most of them are common to all our shows as listed above. According to our contract with the gallery we must leave all paintings for the full time of the show. If you cannot be there to pick up your work the last day, do not come pick it up early. Arrange for someone else to pick it up or Jan will take it home and keep it until you can get it. Do not call City Hall with questions about the show. It is not their job to handle the art shows, so they will have no answers for you. Call me, Jan Scott, for information or if you would like to help at 373-2019
