PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE Connecting with Millennials Millennials are a force to be reckoned with, making up the largest share of buyers in today’s market – a whopping 37%, according to a recent report from the National Association of REALTORS®. At Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, we know how important it is to build personal connections with clients. However, this savvy generation has challenged us to find more effective ways to forge those connections. Here are a few ways in which we are working to better assist millennials in buying and selling homes. Keeping in touch is vital when making connections with millennials, and those connections are key to selling homes. Communication helps keep real estate top of mind as well as build trust and lasting professional relationships. Although millennials are known for doing a lot of online research, they may not always be finding accurate information.
