So some diet tips are eat every day and eat small frequent meals, this will help speed up your metabolism. If you stop eating or as it's also known as fasting to lose weight your body will go in a starvation mode and this will make you want to eat more than it's necessary. Remember you don't want to eat more than about 2000 calories per day depending on your body size, so when I say eat small frequent meals I mean spread out your calorie intake, instead of eating all of the food in 3 meals, you eat it in 6 or 8 meals. But to be healthy you can't just diet but you also need to exercise, and this brings us to our next topic. First of all to do both diet properly and exercise you need to have motivation to lose weight and you have to want to lose weight because when it comes to exercise a lot of the times people start out for a week or two and then they either get hurt or lose interest. So your first step to exercise is to set goals, and when you reach those goals reward your self. So lets start with what you can do to get you started, you want to start with little things like take the stairs instead of the elevator, or park far away at the grocery store so you can walk more than you have to start doing little jogs just around the neighborhood nothing to much because you don't want to get hurt. Then you can start doing some push ups for your chest and sit-ups for your abs and core and what ever you do record it on paper and every week look at what you did and what you want to do is increase your exercise capacity, so if you ran half a mile start running one mile if you did 10 pushups every day do 15 and so on. In conclusion the bottom line is not to weigh your self every day or count calories to lose weight you just have to be smart about it.
