When making a new purchase, you will need a homeowners policy quote from your existing provider. We advise and encourage you to get a competitive quote through Caine-Hayes Insurance. Caine-Hayes Insurance is completely independent, so we will always do what is in your best interest. This includes re-quoting your policies every two years with all of our carriers to ensure you are getting the most competitively priced package that fits your needs. We run a complimentary CLUE (Comprehensive Loss Underwriting Exchange) Report for each new purchase you make. This gives the complete claims history of the home over the past seven years and is a great resource to compare against the home’s disclosure statement and inspections.
