ARRIVAL Players will be directed to the golf bag dropoff in the parking lot. Bags will be tagged and taken to assigned carts by the Laurel Hill Staff. After parking, proceed to the registration area inside the Clubhouse.
REGISTRATION AND BRUNCH: 9:00 A.M. • •
Registration tables will be set up inside the Club’s main entrance. At registration, players will receive their starting hole assignment, a shirt, a sleeve of golf balls, and a “goodie bag.” At registration, players may purchase the $60 “Semper Fidelis Super Saver” which includes: o 2 Mulligans good on any shot except contest tee shots. (Blue Mulligan tickets will be used for a special prize drawing.) o 1 “Hand Wedge” (Gray Hand Wedge tickets will be used for a special prize drawing.) o 3 Raffle Tickets (including 1 Green ticket for the $1,000 in Cash Raffle) o 72 inches of string for your foursome (to be used when putting) Players may purchase unlimited tickets for the Semper Fidelis Raffle 3 tickets for $25
Laurel Hill requires soft spikes for all players only soft spikes are permitted in the Clubhouse. Golf shirts and shorts are acceptable attire. Shirts with collars and sleeves are required. Please note that any form of denim is not accepted golf attire. You may bring a change of clothing (casual) for dinner after play. However, the changing area in Laurel Hill’s locker room is limited. DRIVING RANGE:
Unlimited range balls are available on the driving range. Players must retrieve their clubs from the assigned cart in the golf cart staging area prior to going to the driving range or putting green.
PRO’S INSTRUCTIONS All players are requested to be in their golf cart not later than 10:25 a.m. for the Club Professional’s instructions.
FOOD/BEVERAGES In addition to brunch, a bottle of water and a bag of snacks for you to enjoy during play will be in your golf cart. Complimentary drink stations and drink carts with beer, soft drinks, and water will be available on the course. Soft drinks and beer*, a Fajita Buffet, and an award ceremony will follow play. (*Laurel Hill does not have a license to serve wine or mixed drinks.)
Special prizes will be awarded to the first, second, third place teams. Prizes will also be awarded for a HoleinOne, Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, and Straightest Drive.
SILENT AUCTION, SEMPER FIDELIS RAFFLE, AND BUSINESS CARD DRAWING • •
You may bid on Silent Auction items during brunch and following play. Please bring cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, or American Express to pay for your items. $1,000 in CASH is the top prize for this year’s Semper Fidelis Raffle. Three Raffle tickets are included in the “Semper Fidelis Super Saver.” Additional tickets (3 for $25) may be purchased when you register and during brunch. The winning ticket for the $1,000 prize will be drawn when all foursomes have returned to the Club House after completing play. All other raffle prize tickets are drawn after brunch. The prizes, with the winning ticket attached, will be displayed in the Club’s main entrance at the end of play. The winner may retrieve the prize and take it directly to his/her car. Please bring your business card so that you may participate in our Business Card Prize Drawing. Foursome sponsors are asked to donate a prize(s) for the Semper Fidelis Raffle, Goodie Bags, or Silent Auction.
