Dear Parents / Guardians Remember that the school will close at 1.30pm on Monday. Buses will operate as normal at this time. This closure is due to the pre-evaluation meeting with the Dept of Education’s inspectors, which is part of the whole school evaluation (WSE) that takes place the following week. An important aspect of the WSE is getting your views on the school. Today we will send out a questionnaire from the Dept of Education for you to complete. Please return this form at your earliest convenience.

In SPHE we are studying Safety & Protection. Today we will send home a Road Safety DVD for each family. Please make time to watch this with your child.

Update on Family Contributions Between Book Rental and Family Contributions this year we have raised €11600 so far out of an anticipated total of €22000. We ask that every family make every effort to pay the balance of the annual amount of €130. This money is vital for purchasing educational resources for our children. A big thankyou to everybody who paid so far.

Our school team reached the final of the Olympic Handball competition last week, but narrowly lost. On our website there is a report on the Sports page. We are proud of how well they did!!
