14. PROVIDE RAIN GUTTERS AND CONVEY RAIN WATER TO THE STREET. 15. A/C UNITS AND WATER HEATERS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE REQUIRED SIDE YARD AND FRONT YARD. 16. GLAZING IN HAZARDOUS LOCATIONS SHALL BE TEMPERED: INGRESS AND EGRESS DOORS; PANELS IN SLIDING OR SWINGING DOORS; DOORS AND ENCLOSURES FOR HOT TUB, BATHTUB AND SHOWERS. GLAZING IN WALL ENCLOSING THESE COMPARTMENTS WITHIN 5' OF STANDING SURFACE; IN WALL ENCLOSING STAIRWAY LANDING. EACH LIGHT OF SAFETY GLAZING (PANE) MATERIAL INSTALLED IN HAZARDOUS LOCATIONS SHALL BE IDENTIFIED BY A PERMANENT LABEL THAT SPECIFIES THE LABELER, AND STATES THAT SAFETY GLAZING MATERIAL HAS BEEN UTILIZED IN SUCH INSTALLATIONS. 17. PROVIDE AN APPROVED SPARK ARRESTER FOR THE CHIMNEY OF A FIREPLACE, STOVE, OR BARBECUE WHICH USES FUEL BURNING MATERIAL. 19. AN APPROVED SEISMIC GAS SHUTOFF VALVE SHALL BE INSTALLED INTO THE FUEL GAS LINE AT THE DOWN STREAM SIDE OF THE UTILITY METER AND BE RIGIDLY CONNECTED TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE CONTAINING THE FUEL GAS PIPING. 20. WATER HEATER MUST BE STRAPPED TO THE WALL.

13.
