Elementary School Guide 2020-21 ADMISSIONS

Dear Future Catholic School Family,

Dr. Matthew Vereecke Superintendent

Within the Diocese of Dallas, we believe the enrolling in a Catholic school is about more than choosing a better education- it’s about choosing a better life. We are proud of our students when they outperform their peers in the state on standardized tests, or are accepted into great high schools which continue to prepare them for success in college and beyond. But in truth, we are most proud when we see our students become people of character who give back to their communities and embrace their Catholic faith to the good of those around them.

Dr. Veronica Alonzo Associate Superintendent

When I was a school principal and president, I would always tell families that if they really wanted to understand the value of a Catholic education, they had to meet our eighth grade graduates. The formation that Catholic schools provide is about more than just passing a certain test at a certain time; it is a comprehensive approach that is meant to change the very core of the students who are entrusted to our care. Catholic schools in the Diocese of Dallas don’t just enroll students into our schools, we enroll families. Thank you for considering entrusting one of our Catholic schools to be part of your family’s life, and to help your child journey towards college and heaven.

Sincerely in Christ,

Matthew T. Vereecke, Ed.D.
