Our Training supports Our Training supports enable to develop and improve skills and competencies of employees to fill the gap between their existing level of competence and the level required to undertake their positions.

Gap Tracker

CCMS e-assessment

Gap Tracker is an application which identifies the training needs of a trainee.

CCMS e-assessment is an evaluation tool of knowledge on the Internet.

The evaluation is done by a tutor or a trainer according to a list of skills through an interview and by observation of the trainee in action.

This tool, a database of approximately 700 QCM questions structured according to specific activities (instrumentation, mechanics, electricity, safety), can create flexible and tailored questionnaires to the exact needs of trainees.

Depending on the objective of the training, the application identifies the skills that require improvement.

The results, available directly at the end of the questionnaire, are presented as a matrix to facilitate the identification of knowledge requiring additional training.
