Brothers, We all have people that deserve our thanks and appreciation. The lodge has a great new way to recognize these people who have been of service. The ceremony ring at Belk Scout Reservation (formerly Clear Creek Scout Camp) has a stone wall surrounding it as well as stones creating the platformed seating outside the ring. The lodge is now offering to have these stones engraved and placed in the ring. This new fund raising project allows for up to three lines of engraved text to be put on the stone as well as to select the placement of the stone in the ring. These stones are for sale starting at $150 dollars. This money will be used to support the council in their Capitol Campaign project. Forms for the stones are available at the scout office as well as on the lodge website. These are an excellent way to recognize mentors, friends, loved ones and/or special events. If you have any questions please contact Dustin Counts at dustin@catawbalodge.org.
