1 rama de canela 1 stick of cinnammon

Canela canela en polvo al gusto Ground cinnammon to taste

½ taza de leche condensada ½ cup of condensed milk

1 taza de leche 1 cup of milk

Uvas pasas al gusto Raisins to taste

Preparacion

Procedure

1. En una olla, coloque el arroz, el agua y la rama de canela. Revuelvalo y póngalo a hervir.

1. Add the rice, water and stick of cinnamon to a pot and bring it to a boil.

2. Despues de 15 minutos el arroz deba haber secado.

2. 15 minutes after the rice must have dried.

3. Agregue la taza de leche y revuelva bien.

3. Add the cup of milk and stir well.

4. Agregue la leche condensada y revuelva bien.

4. Add the condensed milk and stir again.

5. Deje que el arroz seque y quede cremoso (aproximadamente 15 minutos).

5. Let the rice dry until its creamy (15 minutes aprox).

6. Déjelo enfriar antes de servir y decore con uvas pasas y una pizca de canela en polvo.

6. Let it cool before serving and decorate with raisins and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
