Farm, Ranch & Vineyard Land is the foundation for a sense of place. Its type determines the flow of towns, the taste of cuisine and the boundaries of recreation. From southern Washington to southern Oregon, and from pristine coastline to eastern hills, our brokerage covers a range of nearly 100,000 square miles and much of that land is rural. Our Farm, Ranch & Vineyard brokers are experts, as they, too, are ranchers, riders, farmers and vintners. Andy Warhol said that “land really is the best art. We agree, and we are proud to say that in this realm, our brokers are lifelong connoisseurs. You will often find them outside the office--culitvating land and relationships while driving back roads, wrangling horses or walking rows of grape vines. They are ready to match their extraordinary expertise with your vision.

Noah Kirshbaum

While working to become a Marriage and Family Therapist, Noah’s career took an unexpected turn when a friend who was a realtor asked him to get his real estate license in order to help her out with her burgeoning business. “I had actually been doing remodels and flipping for a while at that point and had a real understanding of construction and design. That combined with my background as a therapist, made real estate a perfect fit.” His skills as a counselor have proven remarkably valuable, especially when it comes to dealing with his new construction clients. “Every transaction is an emotional process, but my ability to listen and understand the needs of my clients, combined with my patience has been especially helpful when dealing with clients who are basically building their dream home. My experience in doing my own remodels has given me an expertise that my clients can also rely on. There are numerous decisions to make when building your own home and I’m there with them every step of the way, helping them pick tiles or hardwood flooring, whatever they need. One of the keys to being a great new constructions realtor is really knowing when you need to slow the process down. It’s important to always gauge what your client is feeling. The process is stressful enough, the last thing you need is for them to feel pressured or rushed.” Clients also praise Noah and his whole team for their strong work ethic and providing unsurpassed customer service that prioritizes putting the client’s needs first. In addition to his busy career, he is a volunteer for the non-profit Project Homeless Connect. Noah would like to continue growing his team and in the next five years would like to expand more into new construction projects, eventually working exclusively in building and remodeling while his team takes on all other aspects of the business, but building and maintaining relationships will always be top priority.

Mike Lee

The Rogue Valley has been my home for 38 years. Competing in sports, completing my college degrees, and military service have taken me to many places across the globe. I always came back to Oregon because I truly believe that Oregon is one of the most beautiful and diverse places to call home. Guiding and outfitting for 15 years and working as a commercial jet boat pilot for 9 years in Oregon has given me a unique perspective on what Oregon has to offer to potential landowners. Working in the outdoors has provided the opportunity to log thousands of hours to observe the land and wildlife of Oregon from the rivers to the tops of the mountains. During this time spent, I have learned a vast amount of specific information concerning the land, wildlife and history of Oregon. I feel that this knowledge base gives me a leg above in regards to rural property of this area. Having an understanding of the wildlife of the land as well as the habitats within gives perspective to best use or cohesive land uses. I feel that this knowledge base instills confidence to potential clients, especially if they are new to the area. I am passionate to share and use this information as a real estate agent. My wife and I have been married for 16 years and have 3 wonderful daughters. We are very thankful to raise our children in Oregon. Family activities include hiking, hunting, fishing, rafting, sports and 4-H. I can honestly say that I learn something new as a parent each and every day!
