And although we use the very latest industry-standard equipment, have our own working restaurant and conference suite we still make sure there is plenty of opportunity for you to work alongside seasoned professionals in restaurants, hotels and events across the region including ‘Pub in the Park’ which this year saw students busy prepping for the professional chefs providing demos.
