EDIBLE FLOWERS From December to April we grow a small quantity of edible flowers. The season is short and supplies are limited and priority goes to our cress customers. Everything is grown outdoors in a chemical-free environment. The flowers available vary from week to week as flowering periods come and go. We principally offer a mixed punnet called DollyMix which varies throughout the season. Also available on request are punnets of pansies, small canape flowers and punnets that include nasturtium buds, flowers and leaves together. Nasturtiums usually start flowering only end of December or early January. Overleaf is a representative selection of our edible flowers, although others such as radish, mustard, coriander and rocket flowers may put in an appearance, along with the aromatic Mexican tarragon or the flavourful tagetes Lemon Gem.
