Weekly Meal Service from Ambrosia—Always homemade from scratch—using exclusively Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil and freshly cooked to your doorstep! Plans offer dishes at up to 20% off of Ambrosia’s menu prices, with free delivery once a week. Each week there are new choices and the food will be delivered whenever you’d like, Monday-Friday. Orders should be made on Sunday or least 2 days before delivery.   

Mediterranean Diet: 1 meat entrée and 1-3 choices of additional entrées. Western Diet Plan: 2 meat entrées and 1-2 choices of additional entrées. Vegetarian Diet Plan: 2-4 choices of additional (vegetarian entrées).

Mon. Feb. 13- Fri. Feb. 17 Meat entrées:   

Chicken skewers grilled with peppers and onions, served with lemon potatoes Chicken or pork braised with onion, celery and greens, and topped with a creamy lemon sauce—served with feta filled skillet bread Beef sautéed and braised with onions, green peppers, tomato, garlic and red wine (can also add some hot peppers to give it a kick!) served with egg noodles and Parmesan OR freshly mashed potatoes.

Spanakopita: spinach, leeks, scallions, herbs, feta & ricotta baked in home-made phyllo Cauliflower braised with tomato and onion—served with feta skillet bread Zucchini, Eggplant, peppers, onion, garlic braised with tomato and herbs (with or without potatoes) —served with fresh bread Lima beans baked with tomato and feta—served with fresh bread Beef stew with tomato, carrots, celery and potatoes OR orzo—served with fresh bread Pizza of choice

Monday Feb. 20- Friday Feb. 24 Meat entrées: 

 

Enchiladas Verdes: Fried corn tortilla dipped in salsa verde and filled with shredded chicken breast. Accompanied by shredded lettuce, sour cream OR Greek yoghurt and queso blanco OR feta. Salsa is mild but can be spicy upon request. Served with Mexican rice Zucchini stuffed with ground beef, rice and herbs, cooked with potatoes and topped with velvet lemon sauce— served with feta skillet bread Beef braised in tomato sauce with egg noodles OR freshly mashed potatoes

Additional entrées:  

Fresh green beans cooked in homemade tomato sauce with potatoes—served with fresh bread Roasted eggplant filled with tomato, basil, garlic and topped with feta—served with fresh bread

Slowly roasted chickpeas with sweet red peppers, onions, tomato & herbs—served with fresh bread “Brunswick” chicken stew (chicken, tomato, celery, carrots, lima beans, onion, corn and potatoes OR orzo) — served with fresh bread Baked Rigatoni With Tomatoes, Olives and Pepper Pizza of choice

Monday Feb. 27- Friday March 3 Meat entrées:   

Lemon braised chicken tenders with sautéed bell peppers and onions and served with oven roasted lemon and oregano potatoes OR jasmine rice Greek style hamburger (ground beef mixed with minced onion, tomato, bread crumbs, mint and olive oil) pan fried and topped with lemon, served with lemon potatoes OR grilled vegetables Moussaka: Layer of potato topped with layers of eggplant and aromatic meat sauce, topped with béchamel & parmesan

Additional entrées:      

Greek Lasagna “Pastistio”: Pennes baked with 1 layer of aromatic meat sauce and topped with béchamel and Parmesan Spanakopita: spinach, leeks, scallions, herbs, feta & ricotta baked in home-made phyllo Cauliflower braised with tomato and onion—served with feta skillet bread Vegetable stew: carrots, celery, spinach, leeks, onion, potato and tomato—served with fresh bread Lima beans baked with tomato and feta—served with fresh bread Pizza of choice

Monday March 6- Friday March 10 Meat entrées:   

Chicken thighs or breast braised in homemade tomato sauce with orzo Greek style hamburger (ground beef mixed with minced onion, tomato, bread crumbs, mint and olive oil) pan fried and topped with lemon, served with lemon potatoes Greek creamy chicken “pot pie”: chicken, celery, onion, mushroom, feta and other cheeses in béchamel sauce baked in phyllo

Additional entrées:      

Phyllo pie with zucchini, feta & herbs Flounder fillet baked with potato wedges in fresh tomato sauce—served with fresh bread Lentil soup with tomato, celery and carrots—served with fresh bread Zucchini, Eggplant, peppers, onion, garlic braised with tomato and herbs (with or without potatoes) —served with fresh bread Okra and potatoes braised with tomato and onion—served with feta skillet bread Pizza of choice

Monday March 13- Friday March 17 Meat entrées:  

Chicken, veal OR pork schnitzel served with hand mashed potatoes Cabbage rolls with ground beef, rice, shallots and herbs and topped with velvet lemon sauce. Served with feta skillet bread


Lemon chicken and potatoes (2 thighs or 1 half breast per serving)

Lemon chicken soup: chicken, carrots, celery and rice in aromatic broth thickened with egg-lemon sauce— served with fresh bread Chickpeas roasted with eggplant and tomato and topped with feta—served with fresh bread Tomatoes, Peppers, OR Zucchini stuffed with herb rice and roasted with potatoes-- choice of two vegetables per serving—served with fresh bread Classic macaroni and cheese Baby lima bean soup with tomato, carrots and celery—served with feta skillet bread Pizza of choice
