ABOUT THE DEVELOPER

Thomas F. Daly has dedicated his career to the construction of real estate development projects. Mr. Daly began residential condominium developments in South Florida in 1984. Prior to arriving in South Florida, Mr. Daly managed and owned three banks in Chicago, Illinois and separately developed several projects throughout the country. His first project in South Florida was Mystic Pointe, located in Aventura, Florida, consisting of six residential condominium towers with over 2000 units. This was followed by the Bay Club project, which consisted of 700 residential rental units. In 1994, Mr. Daly formed an alliance with Jorge M. Perez, the Chairman and CEO ofThe Related Group of Florida. Since partnering with Jorge M. Perez and The Related Group, Mr. Daly has been involved in the development and construction of over 23 luxury residential condominium buildings with over 12 million saleable square feet. Their first joint project began with Portofino Tower in Miami Beach, Florida followed by Murano at Portofino, Murano Grande, Icon South Beach and Apogee, all luxury residential condominium projects located in South Beach. Their most recent projects include Oceans I, II, III & IV and Trump I, II and III, all located in Sunny Isles; Beach Club I, II & II located in Hallandale, Florida; and the downtown Miami projects including One Miami, 50 Biscayne and Icon Brickell. Mr. Daly, and thru his company The Development Group of South Florida which was established in 2000, is intricately involved in all aspects of the development from site layout and unit design, to sales and marketing and construction oversight. The Development Group managed, completed and successfully delivered Phase I of Gardens on Valencia.
