Facebook, member newsletter, museum bulletin series, Museum Chronicle, museum expedition blog Facebook: AMNH has a Facebook account which it updates several times each month with information pertaining to exhibits and programs. Newsletter: The member newsletter is mailed to donors of at least $40. It details upcoming programs and special deals available for museum members. Bulletin Series: Since 1975, curators and professors within the museum and geology department have published their papers, dissertations and study results, and these are all available for purchase through the museum. Museum Chronicle: The quarterly magazine is published online and in print form. It discusses details of museum programs and includes features of interesting individuals somehow linked to AMNH.

Blog: The blog chronicles the AMNH summer camp program, the Museum Expedition.

Key Publics: museum members, employees, faculty of the department of geology, students (from elementary age to college), teachers, local schools, local newspapers and radio stations, Tuscaloosa community, tourists visiting the area, history and geology buffs and national news media.
