People Training Dogs Does your dog take you for a walk or run away when you call them? This educational class by Roc Solid Obedience teaches you how to recognize and control problems before they become unmanageable. Your dog learns to heel, sit, down, stay, stand for a veterinary exam and come when called. Ages 18+ Sun 7/10-8/14 Wed 7/13-8/17

Wheaton Park District Community Center Free course repeats as needed! All dogs are required to be up-to-date on immunizations (Rabies, Parvo, and Distemper) with a negative stool sample checked no more than two weeks’ prior to the first class. Do not bring your dog to the first day of class. Dogs five months or older are welcome. First three classes are mandatory.

People Training Dogs Continued This five-week class is designed to strengthen your dog's on-leash skills and prove basic level obedience commands already learned in the previous class. Move toward off-leash control by adding more distance, duration and distractions to your exercises. New commands include: stand, formal finish, moving sit, down and hand signals for commands.
