This sector had the highest percentage of respondents to have an increase in bonus (46% - joint with Buy Side Sales) - the majority of respondents’ basic salaries stayed the same (50%). Nevertheless, 41% of respondents were dissatisfied with their total remuneration package, with the highest percentage of candidates across all sectors feeling that their remuneration was unfair given the current market conditions (46%) and that their bonus was unfairly calculated (56%). This sector was however the most optimistic about bonus prospects improving next year.
