The proportion of respondents whose bonus increased, decreased or stayed the same was fairly evenly spread. 61% of respondents (the highest percentage across all sectors within Financial Services) thought that bonuses calculations did not fairly reflect the value employees added to their organisation. Across Financial Services, this sector also had the highest dissatisfaction with their total current remuneration package (53%), with 41% of respondents also dissatisfied with their bonus. However, 48% think that bonus prospects will improve next year.
