MUD

No-stress smart Jewellery system

Over 59% of workers in Spain suffers from work stress. An issue that deserved a smart designed solution reduces productivity and well being during work.

Product & Industrial design

Speculative technology

The objective was to make a wearable able to detect work stress and combat it through psychoaromatherapy, creating an aesthetic functional design to explore the possibilities of new type of wearables. In this way not only the technology should had been totally functional and usefull but also beautiful and respectful with our target.

Kwin · Kozi The king’s tradition

Enter, open your mind, discover, feel, enjoy. Kwin · Kozi is a different gastronomic experience. Inspired by Zúlu’s traditions, the space is transformed in the second home for the visitors.

Intro

Global Design

Kwin · Kozi Kwin · Kozi is a meeting place where through food and music, experiences, ideas and thoughts are shared to create new relations. The fact of sharing the table with strangers is common in several cultures. Just like Zulús in southafrica, where foregneirs are welcome in their comunities by the king of the tribe. Kwin · Kozi will be places in Estació de França in Barcelona. The project aims to keep the place functionality and improve the social interaction, ergonomics and aesthetics by the culture contrast. organic form

Kwin ¡ Kozi is inspired by the nature. In that way we made use of organic forms that were related with the original space fluxes, so, the final distribution is the best for keeping the station functionality.

natural material

Only natural materials could give us the atmosphere we wanted to create, smells, light, touch, view. Wood laser cut was the one selected for Kwin ¡ Kozi.

Imenyu

Kwin · Kozi might be an unknow place at first, that’s the idea, to take something unusual to the big cities and create conections with people. To make this easier while choosing what you’re going to eat we created Imenyu, an easy menu system that is also a tablecloth, so you can use it at any time.

Laser cut and a simple folding system allowed us the creation of this tablecloth. On it the dishes offered each day are shown with yellow dots.

Epoxi, cooper, sand Development of a method.

From the perspective of using sand as a base material for the study of light and starting from simple geometric shapes, I created a method to develope simple, beautiful and elegant jewelry.

A methodic experiment

Development of a constructive method based on experimentation with matter. To do this, I started with epoxy and sand and through tests, I was able to understand its materiality and its formal and functional capacities.

By prograrming sound, beer manufacturers can develope the specific sound identity for each beer its being pured. In this way, we are able to create an emphathy relation using sound between the beer and the consumer.

tasting information ex.

Voll damm It has a striking oak color with coppery reflections. Its ivory foam is dense, with a medium and persistent bubble On the nose, it shows something very sparse aromas, low intensity let’s go. We appreciate notes of toasted malts, fruity notes of peach, some liquid caramel and subtle aromas of sweet and yeast aromas but all very weak. The nose is not your strong In the mouth is where this beer is special. Shocking attack, with a lot of body, with perfectly integrated carbonic and remarkable alcoholic strength. Creamy and wide, with a retronasal that returns us again notes to toasted malts and lupulous notes. Post-taste is bitter and intense, with a persistence of almost two minutes. The truth is that it is a beer that falls in love, powerful and greedy, with a lot of character

HIPOCORTEX

Welcome to my dystopic suposition

What would happen if we lived in a future where we can not disconnect to rest our senses, to maintain a balance between body and mind?. A future in which you have to disconnect to survive.

intro

Industrial design

Speculating for the future needs The human body is a complex organic mechanism. Each of its components is the product of optimization through evolution, where different types of tissues fulfill a specific function that allows the survival of our being. The body needs rest and until now we could evade the saturation of urban areas through exercise, rituals or sleep. But what would happen if we could not disconnect. For explaining this I created a dystopic context.

This would be the society scheme

HIPOCORTEX

dystopic synopsis Free Data for everyone! It’s already the third day that Zoe heard a little voice during her meditation hours. And it was not the routine announcer’s voice congratulating her for her good sports performance. He began to listen after the interferences that ruined some devices of his building, just during the anniversary of the metropolis and state elections day. It was a historic day, always celebrated the day that ended the third world war and the chains, offered countless discounts and offers. Everyone knew it from the moment when there would be eyes, even before, but also that day “ORACLE” offered the greatest update ever given. The metropolitans could finally access their biodata and measure their state of wellbeing in detail and insitu and best of all, they could access SELEC, an exclusive platform of offers, events and privileged locations. What they did not know was that they were really opening their body and mind to the complete dissection of the company that distributed these products. An action that would result in the total control of every connected individual and that, fortunately or not, would not affect Zoe and some thanks to the electronic failure.

Año 2050. Metrópolis Oracle

Following the dystopic thinking method I was able to find innovation in a dystopic future by the creation of a future context based on the following topics: HIPERESTIMULATION, TRANHUMANISM, IOT, DYSTOPIC SCIFI, FUTURE PREDICTIONS OF THE TECHNOLOGY AND THE EVOLUTION OF CAPITALISM.
