There is not just one “MAGIC” thing that you do for fat loss or maintaining a healthy weight, the truth is that there are several factors that contribute to getting lean and staying that way. I wanted to give you some ideas on what it takes to achieve your goal: Nutrition Without the right fuel inside your wonderful engine we call “your body” then it just won’t work correctly…SIMPLE! And it may not be right now it will tell you something’s wrong, it could be slowly but surely building up like a time bomb just biding its time!! Now there is a very broad spectrum on what is “healthy” and what foods we need to eat for “fat loss” and it all boils down to what you eat, in what amounts and to a certain extent when you eat it! (this last point only really matters if you eat the wrong food, more on that in another article) Nutrition is a very broad subject and only working with a professional who can explain it and guide you will you truly understand it; we do that at the Fitness Camp Academy. We estimate that 70-‐80% of your success is based on what you eat and the remainder is a mixture of exercise, rest, sleep and enjoyment of life, I mean, lets be honest, who wants to be stressed out by the new change in lifestyle, its there to aid you in your goals not stress you out and have an negative effect on everything you’re trying to achieve..right? Trying to get a balanced diet for fat loss can be hard work unless you know what your doing and trying to get every vitamin and mineral in the meals you prepare can be a logistical nightmare! There is no doubt that as soon as you embark on a new eating regime that you will start to see the difference in the way you feel, the texture of your skin, nails, hair and your general well being. It will “feel good”!! So you will want to keep that feeling for as long as you can..yeah?
