House & Land packages made easy Our dedicated House & Land team work with leading land developers of estates all over Melbourne. Our team will source the best land, at the best price, to suit your chosen design. Our House & Land packages* are fixed price and include site costs, and council and developer requirements with no hidden costs or no nasty surprises. If you have your own land that meets our requirements and is within our build zone, we will provide you with a fixed price in exactly the same way as a House & Land package. Our fixed price guarantee makes budgeting easy Our fixed price guarantee makes it easy to stick to your budget. Our Sales Consultants will explain all your costs upfront so that you can sleep easy knowing there will be no extra costs down the track — guaranteed.^ Your fixed price contract will be ready within three weeks* of your initial deposit and selections being completed. Once your contract is signed, your formal loan approval will be confirmed. Easy. ^Price based on Developer supplied engineering plans and Plan of Subdivision; standard floor plan with preferred siting (without alterations), Carlisle’s recommended Building Surveyor and residential zoning at package date. Confirm land prices and availability prior to purchase. Subject to developer and council approval. It’s easy when we guarantee your site start month upfront Our upfront commitment is to start building your home in the month we nominate at the time of your deposit. All we need is for your land to title and for you to become the registered owner of your land 8 weeks* before the nominated site start month.

We could get you building in 12 weeks*, with our QuickStart program, that’s easy Our QuickStart program can get you into your new home sooner as we could get you building 12 weeks* from signing your Building Contract, subject to site start availability. It’s all part of our promise of making your journey with us fast, simple and easy.

*A salesperson will confirm your site start month or QuickStart availability prior to taking your deposit. For a QuickStart, your land must be registered in your name at the time of your contract signing and finance must be approved. The time frame is subject to you meeting all your obligations and no delays occurring with the developer approvals, building approvals, water authority approvals or delays caused by other third parties. Christmas shutdown period will add 4 weeks to the process.
